Andrea Kemp, CGA

Andrea has worked in the field of accounting for 20 years, with two as an assistant controller for a public company in Vancouver and 18 in public practice, including 14 years with Kemp Harvey Kemp Inc. in Penticton. Andrea’s extensive hands-on experience has provided her with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal and corporate taxation, accounting, financial planning, and small business management, making her a valuable asset to small businesses and individual clients alike. Andrea was the Chair of the board of the Certified General Accountants Association of B.C. – South Okanagan Chapter for many years and in September 2010 was awarded the J.M. MacBeth award from CGA-BC in recognition of her exceptional service to the chapter. Andrea also volunteers her experience and time to local charities and events including the Pentastic Jazz Festival and the OSNS Telethon.

Terry has been working in public practice since 1994, and in 1998, he joined the Kemp Harvey Group. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Penticton Pounders, and was actively involved in the Certified General Accountants Association of BC – South Okanagan Chapter, Big Brothers and Sisters of the South Okanagan, and the Soupateria. In 2003 Terry completed the Ironman Canada race and in 2005 donated a kidney to his wife Laura.

Nicole joined Kemp Harvey Kemp Inc. in 1998, earned her CGA designation in 2003 and became a Kemp Harvey Group Inc. partner in 2010. Prior to joining Kemp Harvey Kemp Inc., Nicole was a finance and administration manager for a province-wide private enterprise. Nicole provides clients with a wide range of accounting services including personal and corporate taxation, auditing, computer accounting systems implementation and small business accounting. Nicole also has extensive experience in estate and trust taxation, estate planning, and other estate issues. Having grown up in the Okanagan, Nicole enjoys giving back to her community through her position as auditor of the Miss Penticton Pageant since 2006.
