About Cecilia: Cecilia is a well rounded accountant, gained her experience and skills from working at different entities at various positions relating to Accounting, Finance and Controllership. One client comments “Cecilia has been an excellent accounting resource for both my business and personal tax management. I have found that she is honest, effective, and able to deliver in a timely fashion.”

Community service is close to her heart. She also served at various local non-profit organizations such as Rotary Club of Port Coquitlam Centennial, Our Lady of Assumption Church, Archbishop Carney Regional Seconday School Parent Valentine Dance Committee, Port Coquitlam BIA, Coquitlam Volunteer Services. Currently, she is a member of the Board of CGA-BC Tri-Cities/Ridge Meadows Chapter. She also helps coordinates the 2009-2010 Archbishop Carney Parent Valentine Dance with the goal of raising funds for the school.

Despite her hectic schedule, with her husband and three daughters, she finds time to serve at a local soup kitchen at least once a month and on special occasions including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

When she is not in the office, you will find Cecilia cheering at almost all of her daughters’ volleyball, basketball and soccer games. It is important to her that she is there for them, just watching them, savoring the moment. Her family is her prime motivation in life.

Cecilia strives to maintain a balanced and healthy life doing what she can to make a difference to everyone she encounters, one step at a time.

Roger B. Kok, Partner

Roger Kok, CGA

Roger earned his CGA designation in 1986.  He has worked in the field of public practice since 1980 which has provided him with a sound accounting and tax background along with a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Roger joined his father’s CGA firm as a student, later became a partner in the practice and subsequently operated the firm as a sole proprietor upon his father’s retirement. In January 2011 he and Cecilia merged their practices and he joined the Kemp Harvey Group.

Roger currently serves as treasurer for the Austin Heights Business Improvement Association. He has also served with various local non-profit organizations including Kinsmen Club of Coquitlam, Coquitlam Kinsmen Housing Society, Coquitlam Montessori Society and 1st Coquitlam Scout Group.

Each office in the Kemp Harvey Group is locally owned and operated. The Kemp Harvey Group’s strength is in the synergy of its partners and the expertise that we as a Group are able to provide.
